How to request account deletion
- Send an email from the email address linked to your SAL Marketplace account to salmarketplace2026@gmail.com.
- Use the subject line Delete My SAL Account.
- Include the email address or phone number associated with your account so we can identify the correct account.
- We may ask for reasonable verification to protect your account from unauthorized deletion requests.
What data will be deleted
After a verified deletion request is processed, SAL Marketplace will delete or de-identify personal data associated with the account where applicable, including:
- Account profile information such as name, email address and phone number.
- Saved delivery addresses and profile preferences.
- User-generated profile content and other account-linked content where applicable.
- Authentication data and account identifiers that are no longer required.
Data that may be retained
Some information may be retained for a limited period when reasonably necessary for legal, accounting, fraud-prevention, security, dispute-resolution, or regulatory purposes.
Transaction and order records may be retained where required to meet legal, tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, or dispute-resolution obligations. Where possible, retained records will be minimized or de-identified.
Processing time
We aim to process verified deletion requests as soon as reasonably possible. If additional verification or legal retention requirements apply, we may contact you using the email address provided in your request.
